Doha – Saba:
The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) issued an appeal to the leaders and rulers of the Arab and Islamic nations, stressing that the Palestinian people are dying of hunger, and that the time has come to break the restrictions, open the crossings, and provide relief to the starving in the Gaza Strip.
Hamas said in a press statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the appeal comes "as the famine in the Gaza Strip enters dangerous and unprecedented stages, after nearly five months of a complete closure."
