Major Hadi Rashid Ali al-Shaabi, a martyr for the nation and the armed forces, was laid to rest Tuesday in a solemn funeral procession in the capital Sana'a. He passed away after a life dedicated to service and jihad.
The funeral ceremony, held after prayers at the People's Mosque, was attended by Vice-Speaker of the Shura Council Dhaifallah Rassam, Brigadier General Abdulaziz Salah, and other officials, colleagues, and relatives.
Major al-Shaabi was buried in his hometown in Jawf governorate.
