Abdullatif Al-Shaghdari, the Acting Governor of Ad-Dhale’, inspected on Monday the progress of work on the paving project of Al-Dalah Street in Damt City.
Al-Shagdhari, accompanied by the Director of Public Works, Hamdi Al-Hadi, received a briefing from the Engineer Ziad Haidarah, Director of the Executive Unit for Road Maintenance and Repair, about the project. The project, which connects the main road to the city at the intersection of Amer Street, is being implemented at a cost of 40.5 million Yemeni riyals, funded by the local authority, the Red Crescent Society, and an 8-million-riyal community contribution.
Al-Shaghdari urged the speedy completion of the project according to technical specifications and the scheduled timeline, given its importance in easing traffic congestion and facilitating movement.
