Gaza – Saba:
Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), announced that they—in coordination with Al-Quds Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Jihad Movement in Palestine—targeted three Zionist "Merkava" tanks east of Gaza City.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA), the brigades stated that their fighters, upon returning from the combat zones, confirmed the joint operation with Al-Quds Brigades' militants. The tanks were struck using "Shawaz" and "Thaqib" explosive devices, along with a "Tandem" shell, near Al-Radwan Mosque in the Shujaiya neighborhood east of Gaza City on 07-07-2025.
This operation comes as part of Palestinian factions' response to the ongoing genocide committed by the Zionist enemy in the Gaza Strip, backed by U.S. support, since October 7, 2023. The aggression has included mass killings, starvation campaigns, destruction, and forced displacement—ignoring international appeals and the International Court of Justice's orders to halt the atrocities.
