Gaza - Saba:
The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine called today, Saturday, on the United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and the General Assembly to take responsible action to provide international protection for the Palestinian people in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, amid escalating operations and crimes of extermination in Gaza, and the Israeli invasion represented by the enemy army and settler gangs into the cities, towns, and villages of the West Bank, along with ethnic cleansing and displacement campaigns targeting its camps.
The Front said in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (SABA): "What the enemy authorities and the fascist government in Jaffa (Tel Aviv) are practicing has exceeded all limits and it is clear that it aims to complete the annexation project and its applications on the ground, in contradiction to all laws and international charters.
The United Nations and the international community’s retreat from providing international protection to our people will send a message to the enemy state encouraging it to continue the extermination crime in Gaza and the occupied West Bank."
The Front concluded by affirming that the steadfastness of the Palestinian people on their land is stronger than all attempts by the enemy to undermine their national will and deter them from confrontation, and that with the solidarity of the free people of the world, they are capable of continuing the struggle until they achieve their national rights no matter how intense the enemy’s aggression and the sacrifices made.
Nevertheless, the United Nations, represented by the Security Council and the General Assembly, must provide protection for the Palestinian people until the realization of their complete national independence.
