Dr. Mohammed Al-Mawlad, Minister of Youth and Sports, and Engineer Moin Al-Maqari, Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment, inspected on Tuesday the activities of Bilqis Library and Club for Women and Children in the capital city.
Al-Mawlad and Al-Maqari toured the facilities of the library and club, reviewing the programs aimed at enhancing cultural awareness, building capacities, and developing women's skills in cultural, social, sports, and professional fields.
They listened to an explanation from the administrators about the services provided to women and children, the key activities and programs organized, and future plans for development—all of which contribute to empowering women and expanding their active participation in public life.
Dr. Al-Mawlad and Engineer Al-Maqari praised the library’s outstanding level of skill-building and cultural programs, as well as its collection of books and references across various fields. They also commended the sports, cultural, and social activities organized by Bilqis Club for women.
The two ministers emphasized the pivotal role of Bilqis Library and Club in supporting Yemeni women and enabling them to develop their creative skills in different areas.
