Tehran - Saba:

Iranian government spokeswoman Fatemeh Mohajerani stressed that Iran does not seek war with anyone, but will not submit to dictates and injustice. She expressed her country's readiness for dialogue based on mutual respect.

Iranian Mehr News Agency quoted Mohajerani as saying at a press conference on Tuesday: "Today, more than ever, we need national unity. Our geographical location has made us vulnerable to repeated attacks. The President sent a message to Iranians abroad stating that the people are the true owners of the country, that we are witnessing the beginning of a new chapter of hope, and that the window of diplomacy is open.

The spokesperson also referred to Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian's interview with an American journalist, saying, "We are ready for dialogue based on mutual respect... We are a nation seeking peace."

Mohajerani recalled the government's actions during the Zionist regime's aggression against the country: "Since the beginning of the attack, the government has held four meetings, and only 25% of essential goods were consumed. Thanks to the government's efforts and the people's wise behavior, we have seen the safety of strategic reserves."

She added, "We thank all those who participated in the defense once again, and the memory of those who passed away today will remain in our memory forever."

The Iranian government spokesperson also stated, "Iran has never sought war, but it will never submit to injustice and dictates, and it will not surrender. Yesterday, the Economic Council approved an investment to produce 7,000 megawatts of electricity and 25,000 barrels of oil per day."
