Dhamar governor Mohammed al-Bukhaiti met on Tuesday with top students from the governorate who ranked among the highest nationwide in the 1446 AH high school exams.
During the meeting, al-Bukhaiti congratulated the students and their families for their academic excellence and for bringing pride to the governorate through their outstanding results.
He praised the efforts of the educational staff at the governorate, district, and school levels in achieving this accomplishment, and announced plans to launch a preparatory program for the top students during the summer break to prepare them for university studies.
Al-Bukhaiti emphasized the local authority’s commitment to improving the quality of education and producing graduates equipped for the job market.
He encouraged students to continue excelling and to choose specializations in fields such as technology, medicine, and engineering—areas critical to development.
Meanwhile, Head of the Education Sector in the governorate Mohammed al-Hadi expressed pride in Dhamar’s achievement of securing top positions in the national exam rankings.
Al-Hadi urged the students to maintain their dedication and academic success in future stages, noting that their achievements were the result of hard work by students, parents, school administrations, and teachers.
