Ibb (Saba) – Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources Dr. Radwan Al-Rubai, Ibb Governor Abdul Wahid Salah, and Chairman of the General Authority for Water Resources and Facilities Engineer Hadi Quraiah inaugurated projects to construct water lakes to harvest rainwater and floods to replenish groundwater. This project is part of the first phase targeting the Habish and Al-Makhader districts.
At the inauguration, the Minister of Agriculture emphasized that the water lake construction projects are in response to the directives of the Leader of the Revolution, the directives of the Supreme Political Council, and the program of the Government of Change and Construction, to enhance water security and achieve optimal utilization of rainwater and floods.
