Occupied al-Quds - Saba:
Former head of operations in the Israeli enemy army Yisrael Ziv said Sunday that the Gaza war turned into a "horrific" guerrilla war that greatly reduced the gains of the Israeli army.
He stressed that Hamas is taking advantage of the army's inability to fully control through lightning attacks and hit-and-run operations.
The Zionist Channel 12 quoted Israel Ziv as saying that "Israel" is "mired in a war with conflicting goals," and may extend for years if it continues under "empty victory slogans" without real resolution.
He strongly criticized the "humanitarian city" project in Rafah, describing it as "the largest detention camp in history with a euphemistic name."
Ziv noted that the government that insists on continuing this war has "lost its compass and conscience."
