
Ibb – SABA:
Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Water Resources, Dr. Radwan Al-Rubai, along with Ibb Governor Abdulwahid Salah, inaugurated 45 completed agricultural projects for the year 1446 AH and launched work on 57 new projects with a total investment of 1.852 billion Yemeni riyals.
The inaugurated and launched projects cover several sectors:
- 21 projects in institutional and informational infrastructure, costing 832.2 million riyals.
- 15 community development projects, at 284.7 million riyals.
- 11 projects focused on human resource development, with 277.2 million riyals allocated.
- One land resource management project at 30 million riyals.
- 33 water resource development projects worth 415.7 million riyals, with additional community contributions amounting to 812.2 million riyals.
- 14 plant resource development projects valued at 287 million riyals.
- Two projects in agricultural extension and media for 35 million riyals.
- One livestock development project at 309 million riyals.
- Four projects in marketing and agricultural services, totaling 112.9 million riyals.
The ceremony was attended by key officials including the head of the General Authority for Water Resources, Engineer Hadi Quraiah; senior military officers; the executive director of the Grain Development Foundation, Engineer Salah Al-Mashriqi; and agricultural sector leaders in the governorate.
