The Police Media Center in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, southeast Iran, announced the martyrdom of three police officers who were among those injured in yesterday’s terrorist attack in the city of Chabahar.
According to Iran’s Mehr News Agency, the center stated in a release on Saturday: “Following a clash between members of a terrorist cell and a police patrol in the city of Chabahar, three police officers, unfortunately, succumbed to their critical injuries.”
The statement noted that one member of the terrorist cell was killed in the exchange, while another was wounded.
Chabahar is a southern city in Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan Province, located on the Makran coast.
