Illinois - Saba:
American students and activists staged a sit-in outside the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) building in Chicago, Illinois, demanding the prosecution of the committee’s leadership for supporting what they called “genocide” in the Gaza Strip.
Protesters held signs reading “War Criminal AIPAC” and “ARREST NETANYAHU,” describing the organization as part of the war machine responsible for “killing Palestinians in Gaza.”
Organizers and activists stated that the campaign was in response to the escalating crimes and airstrikes by the Israeli occupation, calling on the U.S. administration to hold AIPAC and its figures accountable for war crimes.
