Doha - Saba:
The Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) on Friday considered the United States' imposition of sanctions on the UN Special Rapporteur on Human Rights in Palestine, Francesca Albanese, a blatant expression of the US administration's blatant bias toward Zionist war crimes.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the movement also considered it a disregard for UN institutions and their representatives, as well as for the reports they issue documenting the humanitarian catastrophe caused by the occupation in the Gaza Strip.
It stated: "The punitive measures taken by the United States against institutions and individuals carrying out their professional and moral role in the war of extermination in the Gaza Strip, the latest of whom was Albanese, are likely to undermine the foundations of international and humanitarian law and encourage the occupation's war criminal leaders to continue their brutal crimes."
