Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed al-Rahawi on Monday affirmed the government's support for the efforts of the local authority in Dhale' governorate during his meeting today with Acting Governor Abdullatif al-Shaghdari.
The meeting reviewed the overall situation in the governorate and discussed urgent needs for service and development projects.
Particular attention was given to addressing stalled projects, including the wastewater treatment plant, and the need for coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates to facilitate its implementation.
Discussions also touched on the progress of community initiatives and their impact on advancing development and construction efforts in the governorate, as well as strategies for strengthening the agricultural sector in support of national self-sufficiency in essential crops.
The Prime Minister commended the role of community-driven efforts in Dhale', noting that they reflect a strong sense of responsibility among the people and serve as a model for other governorates. He reiterated the government's commitment to supporting Dhale’s development priorities and community-based progress.
