Civil Defense crews in the Gaza Strip carried out 52 missions over the past 24 hours, despite the ongoing military operations as part of the Zionist genocide against the Palestinian people in the Strip.
The Gaza Civil Defense explained, in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), that it carried out these missions in the Strip's governorates from Sunday morning until Monday morning.
It indicated that these missions included two firefighting missions, 20 rescue missions, 22 ambulance missions, and eight other missions.
In the North Governorate, Civil Defense crews recovered the bodies of nine martyrs from under the rubble. One female martyr was recovered from the rubble of the Sahweil family home, previously targeted in the Sheikh Radwan area, and another from the rubble of the Abu Sharkh family home, previously targeted near al-Rantisi Hospital. Seven martyrs and injured were recovered from the Abu Asi School, which houses displaced persons in the northern beach area.
Civil Defense responded to an injured person and transported him to Sheikh Radwan Clinic following an Israeli attack on land near the Andalusia Tower. They also treated an injured person injured by an Israeli drone in the al-Saftawi area, transporting him to the Kuwaiti Hospital. They also recovered critically injured people from an Israeli attack targeting the al-Rimal Clinic. In Gaza Governorate, Civil Defense extinguished a fire in a commercial store near Al-Omari Mosque on Al-Wahda Street following a previous attack. It recovered the body of one martyr and seven injured people following the targeting of a residential apartment in Al-Zafer Tower near Abu Mazen Roundabout, and the bodies of two martyrs from a previously targeted home belonging to Abu Foul family in Sheikh Radwan.
It also removed fences posing a danger to residents in a building belonging to the Nofal family in al-Nasr area, and another targeted home near Al-Sousi Mosque in Al-Shati.
In the Central Governorate, Civil Defense removed a threat from a previously targeted home belonging to Abu Mailiq family in al-Maghazi refugee camp. It recovered the bodies of two martyrs and seven injured people following the targeting of the Younis family home in al-Nuseirat refugee camp. It also recovered the body of one martyr and three injured people following the targeting of the Al-Jadi family home in Al-Bureij refugee camp.
In Khan Yunis Governorate, the Civil Defense in Gaza treated four people injured after a tent for displaced people was targeted in the Al-Buraq area, transporting them to Nasser Hospital. It also treated three people injured after civilians were targeted in Al-Qarara area, transporting them to Nasser Hospital. It also treated three people injured after they were targeted by an Israeli drone near the Taiba Towers, transporting them to Nasser Hospital.
In Rafah Governorate, in the southern Gaza Strip, the Civil Defense towed an ambulance stuck in the Free Thought area, treated an injured person and transported him to the Kuwaiti Hospital after he was injured by a drone in al-Maslakh area. It also transported two patients from their homes to the British Hospital for treatment.
