An opinion poll published by the Zionist newspaper Maariv on Sunday revealed that the vast majority of residents of the Gaza Envelope settlements do not feel safe and express growing doubts about Israel's ability to deter the Gaza Strip, despite nearly two years having passed since the outbreak of the war.
According to the poll's results, approximately 70% of residents view Israeli deterrence against Gaza as "weak" or "very weak," while 78% expressed that they do not feel any degree of security in the region, given the ongoing security tensions.
