The Sultanate of Oman's trade balance recorded a surplus of 1.849 billion Omani riyals by the end of April 2025, compared to a surplus of 3.1 billion Omani riyals during the same period in 2024, a decrease of 40.4 percent.
Preliminary statistics issued by the National Center for Statistics and Information (NCSI) showed a 9.3 percent decrease in the total value of merchandise exports by the end of April 2025, reaching 7.516 billion Omani riyals, compared to the same period in 2024, which amounted to 8.289 billion Omani riyals.
