A meeting was held in the capital Sana'a, chaired by Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Samir Baja’alah, to discuss the conditions of Social Affairs Offices in the governorates and ways to enhance humanitarian work.
The meeting, which included directors of Social Affairs Offices and former Humanitarian Affairs branches, reviewed efforts to strengthen social and humanitarian work, integrate offices and branches, and address existing challenges.
Minister Baja’alah emphasized the Ministry’s commitment to leveraging human resources and expertise in humanitarian work, enhancing partnerships with organizations, and expanding cooperation in implementing projects that serve society—especially the most vulnerable groups and those affected by disasters and aggression.
