Dhale’ - Saba:
The local authority and the mobilization committee in Al-Dhale’ province organized on Sunday a speech event on the occasion of Ashura, commemorating the martyrdom of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) under the slogan "Far from us is humiliation."

At the event held in Damt district, the governor's deputy, Hussein Al-Madhaji, emphasized the importance of reviving the memory of Ashura to draw lessons and morals from it, following the principles, values, and ethics of Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) and his sacrifices in confronting injustice and tyranny.

He considered the Hussein revolution as the foundation of revolutions in Islamic history, being the first revolution where truth stood entirely against falsehood to correct deviations in the nation of Muhammad (peace be upon him and his family).

Speeches delivered on the occasion addressed the reasons for the nation's deviation from the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad and his household (peace be upon them), leading to its current state of weakness and frailty. They pointed out that what is happening today in the Gaza Strip is an extension of enabling Jews and Christians to dominate the nation.

The speeches affirmed that Yemen will remain steadfast in the values and principles carried by Imam Hussein’s revolution in supporting truth, following his path in championing the nation's causes, and sacrificing in the face of American-Zionist aggression and its tools in the region.

The event, attended by executive, security, and military leaders, as well as social figures, included two poems expressing the occasion.

Meanwhile, in Al-Hasha district, another speech event was held to commemorate Ashura under the slogan "Far from us is humiliation."

Speeches at the event, attended by district director Ahmed Sufyan, mobilization official Abdulbasit Wajih, executive leaders, and social figures, stressed the importance of reviving the memory of Ashura in the hearts of the nation to draw lessons from Imam Hussein’s patience and sacrifice (peace be upon him).

The speeches expressed sincere allegiance to the banners of guidance and emulating Hussein’s struggle, patience, and sacrifices in supporting the religion and resisting the arrogant powers.
