An official report issued by the Salfit Governorate on Sunday documented 296 violations committed by the Zionist enemy against citizens and their property in the towns and villages of Salfit during the month of June.
The report indicated that the policy of incursions, checkpoints, closures, home raids, and settler attacks against citizens and their property was the most prevalent.
It indicated that the enemy army carried out 73 incursions, set up 32 temporary checkpoints, monitored 31 repeated closures of town entrances with iron gates, under flimsy pretexts, and raided 64 homes and facilities.
The report revealed that the number of arrests and detentions in June reached 41, during checkpoint and incursion operations, in addition to five attacks carried out by the army against citizens and their property.
The enemy also seized four vehicles under the pretext of operating in Area C, indicating that the goal of these practices is to prevent citizens from accessing and working on their lands, thus expanding and establishing its settlements there.
The report monitored the leveling of citizens' lands. Enemy bulldozers leveled approximately 30 dunams of citizens' land in Salfit, Yasuf, and Deir Ballut for the expansion of its settlements, and distributed eight cease-and-desist notices.
The report documented settler violence against citizens, their property, and agricultural lands, amounting to 23 attacks. These violations included the destruction of agricultural land, the burning of property, and the stoning of vehicles.
The report documented five acts of vandalism and theft of citizens' property, and the uprooting and destruction of 150 olive trees on lands in Sarta and Deir Ballut.
