Israeli army storms West Bank cities, arrests civilians

Ramallah - Saba:

Israeli forces launched a campaign of raids and arrests across the occupied West Bank at dawn on Sunday.

The Palestinian Safa News Agency reported that Israeli forces arrested three citizens, including a child, during a raid on the village of Al-Mazra'a al-Gharbiya, northwest of Ramallah.

Local sources reported that the forces arrested 16-year-old Karim Ladadweh and 27-year-old Muhannad Shreiteh and 20-year-old Moamen Shreiteh after raiding their homes and ransacking their contents.

They added that the forces raided the home of Ibrahim al-Maqdisi, blew up its doors, and ransacked its contents.

An Israeli army force raided the Amari refugee camp and fired sound bombs, but no injuries were reported.

In the city of Nablus, Israeli forces arrested a citizen from the village of Madama, south of the city, at dawn today.

The head of the Madama Village Council, Abdullah Ziada, reported that Israeli forces stormed the village and raided the home of Akram Nassar (53 years old), ransacked its contents, and wreaked havoc before arresting him.

In the same context, Israeli forces arrested the child Muhammad Nidal Nasasra (16 years old) from the town of Beit Furik after assaulting him.

In the city of Tulkarm, forces arrested the brothers Mahmoud and Ahmed Farajallah after assaulting them in the Dhanaba suburb, in addition to citizen Muawiya al-Najjar from the town of al-Shweika.

In the city of Hebron, Israeli forces arrested the released prisoner Maher al-Hashlamoun, Haitham Basil Jaber from the city, and the three brothers Anas, Muhammad, and Mu'ayyad Fatafta, and Mustafa Qabaja from the town of Tarqumiya, northwest of the city.

Israeli forces raided a number of homes in the town of Dura in the south, searching them and ransacking their contents.

In the city of Tubas, Kamal Bani Odeh, director of the Tubas Prisoners Club, reported that the Israeli army arrested two young men, Bilal Muhammad Bani Odeh and Ihab Issam Bani Odeh, from Tammun, as they passed through a flying checkpoint near the town of Bazariya, northwest of Nablus.
