Jenin – Saba:

A Palestinian child was shot by Zionist enemy forces on Saturday evening during their raid on the village of Anza, south of Jenin, while three Palestinian youths were arrested in the town of Barta'a, north of Jenin.

The Palestinian News Agency WAFA reported, citing the Palestinian Red Crescent Society, that its teams in Jenin treated a 17-year-old child who was shot in the chest with live ammunition in Anza. He was transported to the hospital in critical condition.

Local sources stated that Zionist enemy forces stormed Anza with multiple military vehicles, deploying soldiers and snipers in the streets. Clashes erupted with residents, during which the enemy forces fired live bullets and stun grenades, wounding the child. He was initially taken to a medical center in the nearby town of ‘Ajjah before being transferred by Red Crescent crews to a Jenin hospital due to the severity of his injury.

Zionist forces detained two youths from their workplace in Barta'a, north of Jenin, and another young man from his workplace in Zababdeh, southeast of Jenin.

Enemy forces also invaded the village of Deir Abu Da’if, east of Jenin, deploying military vehicles in its streets.

Earlier in the day, Zionist forces raided the town of Qabatiya, south of Jenin, and affixed demolition notices on the homes of martyrs, including the house of martyr Wael Lahlooh.

In Jenin city, enemy forces deployed foot patrols across the streets, continuing their aggression against the city and its refugee camp since January 21.
