Rome – Saba:
Italian club AC Milan announced the signing of compatriot midfielder Samuele Ricci from Torino until June 2029, with an option to extend for an additional year.
The club did not disclose financial details, but Italian media reported on Friday that the 23-year-old's transfer fee was approximately €23 million ($27 million).
Ricci, a graduate of Empoli's academy, moved to Torino in 2022 and has made 113 appearances for the club. He has also made 10 appearances for the Italian national team since making his debut in 2022.
Ricci's arrival will bolster Milan's midfield options following the transfer of Tijani Reinders to Manchester City.
