The Iranian Ministry of Transport announced Thursday evening the resumption of both domestic and international flights at all airports across the country, except for Isfahan and Tabriz airports.
According to the ministry’s statement, airports will operate daily from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in accordance with the approved operational schedule.
The statement noted that Imam Khomeini (RA) International Airport and Mehrabad Airport in Tehran will resume flights under this schedule. Meanwhile, Isfahan and Tabriz airports will reopen once the necessary infrastructure and preparations are completed and no further operational obstacles remain, as reported by Iran’s Tasnim News Agency.
The ministry also confirmed approval for international flights to use airspace over central and western regions of the country during the same daily time window, from 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
