The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights concluded a five-day training course targeting 31 employees from notary offices and offices in several governorates. The course aimed to enhance their skills in monitoring and inspecting the work of notaries, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia and the Notary Law.
The course covered the concepts of investigation and disciplinary accountability, as well as periodic and surprise oversight mechanisms. It also focused on the importance of self-monitoring and effective inspection to ensure integrity and achieve justice.
Deputy Minister of Justice Judge Ibrahim Al-Shami emphasized the importance of the course in enhancing the efficiency of administrative staff in the courts. Director General of Notary Ahmed Al-Qablani noted that it was the first specialized course in this field and emphasized the need to adhere to legal procedures to prevent the reinstatement of violating notaries. The program concluded with the distribution of certificates to participants.
