Gaza - Saba:
Dozens of Palestinian citizens were killed and wounded in the intense Zionist enemy shelling of several areas in the Gaza Strip since the early hours of Wednesday morning.
The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that six citizens were killed and others were injured as a result of the enemy's shelling of tents for displaced people in the Al-Mawasi area of Khan Younis. Ten citizens, including children, were also injured as a result of the shelling of tents sheltering displaced people in the same area, which is considered one of the areas to which displaced families seek refuge as "safe areas," but has been repeatedly bombed in recent weeks.
The agency added that four other citizens were killed and others were injured as a result of the enemy's shelling of a house belonging to the Zeno family on Jaffa Street in the center of Gaza City.
The agency explained that the four martyrs were the father, Ahmed Ayyad Zeno, his wife, Ayat Zeno, their daughters, Zahra Zeno, and Obaida Zeno. The shelling almost completely destroyed the house, while ambulance and civil defense crews continue to search under the rubble, amid fears of more victims.
In the city of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, medical sources reported that ten citizens were injured when an Israeli drone targeted a tent housing displaced persons near Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital. A number of citizens were also injured by enemy drone fire in the Al-Karama neighborhood, northwest of Gaza City.
On Tuesday, the Gaza Strip witnessed a series of massacres committed by enemy forces against families, with approximately 100 citizens killed by enemy fire and airstrikes.
The death toll in the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 56,647, and the number of injured has risen to 134,105.
