Civil Defense crews in Gaza carry out 37 missions in 24 hours

Civil Defense crews in the Gaza Strip governorates carried out 37 missions from Monday morning until Tuesday morning, including three firefighting missions, seven rescue missions, 21 ambulance missions, and six other missions.

The Civil Defense Directorate in Gaza explained that its crews in Gaza governorate dealt with extinguishing a fire in a home belonging to "al-Nabih" family, which was targeted by the occupation forces in Shawa Square area in al-Tuffah.

It also recovered nine martyrs and a large number of wounded after Israeli enemy aircraft targeted "al-Baqa" rest house on the Gaza beach. It also recovered two martyrs and three wounded after Israeli enemy forces targeted civilians in the middle of al-Wahda Street.

The Civil Defense Directorate noted that its crews were unable to reach two homes targeted by the occupation forces, belonging to al-Lidawi and Kassab families in al-Zeitoun and al-Shuja'iyya, due to the dangerous conditions in the area. It explained that it treated a head injury in the Gaza Sea area and transferred the person to al-Shifa Hospital.

In the Northern Governorate, according to the report, it treated two injuries from a quadcopter in the al-Mahkama area in Jabalia al-Balad and transferred them to al-Shifa Hospital. It also treated an injury in the al-Saftawi area and transferred it to Sheikh Radwan Clinic.

It added that in the Central Governorate, it treated an injury following the targeting of a displaced persons' tent at al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, who was transferred for treatment. It also recovered six martyrs and injured people following the targeting of the al-Aimawi family home in Deir al-Balah, and transferred three patients to the Belgian Hospital for treatment.

In Khan Yunis Governorate, it explained that its crews treated two people injured by a quadcopter in al-Balad area and transferred them to Nasser Hospital. It also treated three people injured in the vicinity of the Turkish slaughterhouse and transferred them to Nasser Hospital.
