Gaza - Saba:
The Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine (DFLP) condemned on Monday the continued operation of what it described as "death traps" at so-called US humanitarian aid centers in the Gaza Strip, stressing that they have turned into mass killing grounds for besieged civilians, rather than being safe havens for food and protection.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the DFLP explained that these centers, established under the direct supervision of US forces and in coordination with the Israeli enemy, are now being used as blood traps to lure hungry and exhausted crowds, who are then targeted in cold blood, in a flagrant war crime that adds to the enemy's bloody record.
In the same context, the DFLP strongly condemned the new massacre committed by enemy forces today, targeting a gathering of civilians in front of an aid distribution center in the Asqalah area in central Gaza City, resulting in a number of deaths and injuries. This crime adds to the ongoing series of massacres against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
The Front emphasized that the Palestinian people do not need conditional or politicized aid, but rather an immediate cessation of aggression, a lifting of the unjust blockade imposed on the Gaza Strip, and the guarantee of safe and direct humanitarian aid through reliable international channels.
The Front demanded that all those responsible for these crimes be held accountable before international courts, calling on human rights and humanitarian organizations to open urgent investigations and work to provide safe humanitarian corridors, free from political blackmail and US-Israeli military involvement.
