Sergei Lebedev, coordinator of the pro-Russian underground movement, announced on Saturday that Russian forces targeted a foreign mercenary deployment point in a hotel complex and restaurant, and a saboteur site in Sumy Oblast.
Sputnik quoted Lebedev as saying: "In Sumy Oblast, there were four strikes. The targets: secret strongholds of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, positions of sabotage groups, and drone control centers. An attack on a hotel complex and a restaurant targeted foreign military personnel."
