A new study conducted by researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has warned that frequent and prolonged use of the artificial intelligence robot ChatGPT could lead to changes in brain function and negatively impact cognitive abilities. The study indicates the possibility of reprogramming the mind due to excessive reliance on AI tools.
The study included 54 participants divided into three groups: the first used ChatGPT regularly for four months to write articles, the second used search engines only, and the third relied on self-reflection without external tools.
