Sana'a (Saba) – A memorial and commemoration event for the fortieth day after the death of the great poet and patriot Yassin Mohammed al-Bakali was held in Sana'a to commemorate the deceased's virtues and to celebrate his creative career in poetry.
During the event, the Assistant Secretary-General of the Yemeni Writers and Authors Union, Dr. Abdul Karim Qasim, noted that the deceased Yassin al-Bakali was not only a member of the Union, but also a living conscience within it.
