Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Esmail Baghaei stated that “Iran remains determined to preserve its right to use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes under any circumstances.”
In his remarks, Baghaei criticized the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), saying: “The IAEA has failed to fulfill its legal role and has been subject to politicization.”
He reiterated that Iran has an inherent right to develop and use nuclear energy for peaceful objectives, emphasizing: “This right is non-negotiable.”
Baghaei also pointed out the contradictions of other parties involved, stating: “While they speak of dialogue and diplomacy, they simultaneously carry out hostile actions—these contradictions have only created more problems.”
