Tehran – Saba:
Leader of the Islamic Revolution in Iran Ayatollah Khamenei on Thursday emphasized that Iran will never surrender, praising the great unity and solidarity of the Iranian people.
Khamenei said that the Zionist regime almost collapsed under the blows of the Islamic Republic.
He added, in his third video message following the Zionist regime's aggression against the country, "I consider it my duty to congratulate the great Iranian people on several occasions. The first is congratulations on the victory over the fake Zionist regime."
Khamenei continued "America entered the war directly to protect Israel, but it achieved nothing and received a harsh blow."
He said, "The second congratulation is for the victory of beloved Iran over the American regime. The American regime entered the war directly because it felt that if it did not intervene, the Zionist regime would be completely annihilated. It entered the war to save it, but it achieved nothing from this war. They attacked our nuclear facilities—which, of course, deserves independent criminal prosecution in international courts—but they were unable to achieve any significant action."
The Leader of the Revolution emphasized "The American president exaggerated the nature of what happened, and it became clear that he needed to exaggerate. Anyone listening to these words would understand that there was another reality lurking beneath the surface. They were unable to take action, nor did they achieve what they aspired to, and they exaggerated the matter to cover up and conceal the truth."
He praised the unity of the Iranian people: 90 million stood united, without any discrimination in their demands.
Khamenei also praised the popular solidarity within Iran, considering it one of the most prominent national victories.
He said, "The third congratulation is to the Iranian people for their exceptional unity and solidarity. By the grace of God, a nation of approximately 90 million people stood together with one voice, shoulder to shoulder, cohesive and united, without any discrimination in their demands, behind one common goal."
He added: "They chanted together, spoke with one voice, and declared their support for the armed forces. The Iranian people demonstrated their nobility and unique character, proving that in fateful moments, the voice of this people will be one. And thank God, this is what actually happened."
