A delegation from the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in Algeria visited the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran yesterday, Sunday, to express the movement's rejection and condemnation of the US aggression against Iran.
The movement's representative in Algeria, Youssef Hamdan, conveyed the movement's message of solidarity with the Islamic Republic of Iran in light of the "Zionist-American aggression" it is facing, which aims to impose hegemony over the region and isolate countries one by one.
The Hamas office in Algeria clarified in a post on its Facebook page that the Iranian ambassador to Algeria, Hamad Babai, received the movement's delegation, where he pointed out "the background to the Zionist-American aggression against the Islamic Republic."
He refuted the US and Israeli allegations regarding nuclear weapons, stressing that the Islamic Republic of Iran is determined to confront and defend its sovereignty and its people.
The Iranian ambassador expressed his "pride" in the visit of the movement's delegation, noting that "the resistance, across all its geographies, is united in confronting injustice, arrogance, and Zionist-American supremacy." He emphasized that the world will not witness security and stability unless the occupation is removed from the region.
