Moscow - (Saba):
A new song titled "Boom Boom Tel Aviv" has swept social media like wildfire, accompanied by footage of Iranian missiles falling on Israel.
A user named Lucas Gage posted the song, claiming to have composed it.
The song references recent events, specifically the Iranian bombing of the Israeli capital, and includes phrases such as: "Boom Boom Tel Aviv, this is what you will reap for your evil deeds. You have reaped it, now is the time to bleed."
The lyrics also include: "Iranian missiles light up your entire sky, and you roar that you are the victims, and you say you didn't start it, but the whole world sees your lies."
Activists across various social media platforms have reacted to the song, ranging from positive to negative. Gage's account alone has been viewed more than 3.5 million times. Many have expressed their admiration for the song and the "accuracy" of its lyrics, amid the confrontation between Israel and Iran, with Iranian missiles falling on Israeli cities almost daily since the start of the exchange of fire between the two sides, resulting in dozens of deaths and hundreds of injuries among Israelis.
One commenter stated, "'Boom Boom Tel Aviv' conveys a powerful message and a sincere voice that reflects people's feelings in the face of injustice. Its lyrics are moving, and its performance is full of enthusiasm and hope.
" Another added, "Humanity owes you a debt of gratitude... Thank you for this captivating musical piece." Another comment read, "In addition to being a good song, 'Boom, Boom, Tel Aviv' contains many important messages and themes that will remain timeless, which is why the song deserves serious consideration for a Grammy Award."
Some criticised the writer for the word “Jews”, saying he should replace it with “Zionists”. One commenter said: “This song is great, I wish you had said Zionists instead of Jews.”
