Tehran - Saba:
Mohammad Hossein Ranjbaran, an advisor to the Iranian Foreign Minister, revealed that a major plot by the Zionist entity to target Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in the capital, Tehran, was thwarted. He confirmed that the plot failed thanks to the precise security measures implemented by Iranian intelligence forces.
Mehr News Agency monitored Ranjbaran's post on the X platform in which he said, "The talk about the Foreign Minister's visit to Geneva to negotiate with the European Troika raised a wave of concern about the possibility of him being targeted by Israel," noting that "the threat was realistic and serious."
Rangbaran asserted that "had it not been for the precise security measures taken by our unknown soldiers, this plot would likely have been carried out in the past few days," noting that the plot "has failed, by the grace of God."
