Zionist media outlets reported loud explosions in the southern region following a fresh barrage of missiles launched by Iran on Friday morning, with confirmed reports indicating that an Iranian missile directly struck Be’er Sheva.
According to Zionist media, sirens were sounded across the occupied Negev region, while the enemy's Home Front Command confirmed the detection of missile launches from Iran targeting the area.
Iranian state television stated that preliminary assessments indicate that missiles were fired toward the Negev Desert, home to the Nevatim Airbase. Fires reportedly broke out after a missile hit its intended target without being intercepted.
Israeli emergency and rescue teams were dispatched to the site of the missile impact.
Media reports confirmed that one missile struck a Microsoft facility in Be’er Sheva, while enemy outlets reported that 18 individuals were injured as a result of the missile strike in the southern occupied territories.
The municipality of Be’er Sheva stated: “The Iranian missile scored a direct hit on a site within the city.”
Enemy media also reported that the missile targeted a high-tech, research, and cybersecurity center in Be’er Sheva.
