Iranian air defenses shot down a Hermes drone in western Iran on Thursday.
The Iranian Tasnim News Agency stated in a brief statement early Thursday: "Moments ago, a Hermes drone was targeted in western Iran by the Unified Air Defense Network of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
The agency released a 17-second video of the Hermes drone being shot down in Iranian airspace.
