The US Embassy in the Occupied Palestinian Territories announced that it will close its doors today, Tuesday, stressing that it will not be able to evacuate Americans or directly assist them in leaving.
The embassy explained in a statement on its X page, according to Sputnik News Agency, that "the closure decision is in line with the directives of the Israeli Home Front Command, noting that it includes the consular sections in both Quds and Tel Aviv."
