RT reported, citing its correspondent in the occupied territories, that a drone infiltrated Israeli airspace and approached Qaysaria, the residence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
Air raid sirens sounded in Qaysaria and Hadera, while the Israeli Air Force pursued the drone.
The Israeli Defense Forces Spokesperson's Office stated: "A short while ago, air raid sirens were activated in several areas of the country after a suspicious aerial target was detected. The Air Force is monitoring the target, and the incident is still ongoing. The updated Home Front Command instructions must continue to be followed."
Later, Israel's Channel 12 reported that the Air Force intercepted the drone, which crossed from the Jordan Valley toward Qaysaria, north of the occupied Palestinian territories.
It is worth noting that in October 2024, Netanyahu's office announced that a drone launched from Lebanon directly hit Netanyahu's residence in Caesarea, north of Tel Aviv.
Hezbollah's media spokesman announced the party's full, complete, and exclusive responsibility for the Caesarea attack that targeted Netanyahu's residence.
