Jabal Ras district in Hodeida governorate on Saturday witnessed a massive public celebration at Imam Ali Square to commemorate the Day of al-Wilayah of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), under the slogan "Whoever I am his master, then this Ali is his master."
Thousands of residents, led by MP Salem al-Dabasi and Hodeida undersecretaries Mutahhar Al-Hadi and Rakan al-Naqeeb, participated, chanting slogans of loyalty and disavowal.
Attendees expressed pride in their faith identity, rooted in Quranic principles and Imam Ali's school of justice and sacrifice, emphasizing that al-Wilayah signifies the essence of connection to the Quranic approach.
They asserted that the battle with "America and Israel" is a decisive one, with guardianship serving as a bulwark against hegemony.
Al-Hadi linked the siege on Yemen to deviation from al-Wilayah approach, highlighting that adherence to Imam Ali's guardianship is a spiritual and cultural weapon against "tyranny."
He underscored that the large turnout confirms Hodeida's steadfastness and commitment to confronting falsehood.
