Tehran – Saba:
Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi, senior advisor to the Commander-in-Chief of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards, confirmed on Saturday that Iran's forces targeted Zionist regime air bases, including Nevatim and Tel Nof, from which attacks against Iran were launched.
Tasnim International News Agency quoted Brigadier General Vahidi stating in a television interview that several targets were under consideration in the operation, specifically mentioning Nevatim Air Base and the "Oda Air Center," which houses the operations command and electronic warfare centers.
He added that Tel Nof base near Tel Aviv was also targeted, along with the Ministry of Defense and industrial and military centers affiliated with this regime in Tel Aviv. Vahidi asserted that "more than 150 targets were identified in this operation, and the strikes were carried out precisely and in stages."
Brigadier General Vahidi continued, describing the operation as a severe blow to the Zionist regime, and suggesting that such strikes are likely to be repeated.
He emphasized, "Today, we dealt a powerful blow to the entity, making it realize that it had made a major miscalculation.
The advisor further explained that the Zionist regime believed it had destroyed some of Iran's military infrastructure and that Iran would not respond.
He concluded by stating, "Now, they have realized that they made a strategic mistake, and they must await its consequences, which are only the beginning.
