The Palestinian Mujahideen Movement on Friday strongly condemned the cowardly Zionist aggression that targeted numerous sites and figures in the Islamic Republic of Iran, affirming its solidarity and support for the Iranian people and their leadership.
In a statement, the movement said: "This Nazi-Zionist aggression against Iran would not have occurred without clear American support and a green light," considering it a "flagrant violation of Iranian sovereignty and part of the open war against our nation, with all its components and capabilities."
It added: "This US-backed Zionist aggression against Iran is an attempt to break the will of the Iranian people and destroy their capabilities and centers of power. It comes as a result of Iran's advanced position in challenging and confronting American hegemony and arrogance in the region and supporting the resistance within the nation."
The statement added: "The US-backed Zionist aggression against the countries of our nation clearly confirms that the United States and the Zionist entity are the real threat to the stability, security, and unity of our nation and a threat to world peace, and that The existence of the entity within the nation is a malignant cancer that must be eradicated through concerted efforts.
The movement called on "the peoples of our nation and its vital forces to close ranks and unite in confronting their main enemy, the Zionist entity and its allies. Their aggression against the nation will only be curbed and halted through unity, escalating resistance, and making them pay the price for their foolishness."
