The Iranian Ministry of Roads and Urban Development announced Friday the suspension of flights at Imam Khomeini Airport in Tehran until further notice.
The ministry stated in a statement issued Friday morning: "Until the situation returns to normal and the Civil Aviation Organization issues a statement regarding aviation, all flights to and from Imam Khomeini Airport have been suspended until further notice."
