Parliament speaker Yahya al-Ra'i on Wednesday sent a congratulatory cable to Ferdinand Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Republic of the Philippines Martin Romualdez.
In the cable, al-Ra'i extended his congratulations to Romualdez and the people of the Philippines on the occasion of their country's National Day.
