Jordan Valley - Saba:
Settlers began on Monday fencing off areas of land in Khirbet al-Farisiya in the northern Jordan Valley.
According to the Palestinian News Agency (Wafa), human rights activist Aref Daraghmeh reported that settlers began fencing off areas of land in the Ghazal Spring area of Khirbet al-Farisiya.
He explained that the settlers had erected a gazebo in the area months ago and are now working to fence off land nearby, amid fears of an intention to establish a pastoral settlement outpost in the area.
The northern Jordan Valley witnesses daily attacks by settlers, including attacks on and assaulting citizens, in addition to persecuting shepherds and expelling them from pastures.
Settlers are also actively seizing large areas of citizens' and pastoral lands, fencing them, and seizing them.
