A Palestinian farmer was injured and bruised on Sunday after being attacked by Israeli soldiers while he was on his land in the town of al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, Palestine.
Mahmoud Abdullah, a member of the Agricultural Cooperative Society in al-Khader, reported that Israeli forces and a Zionist settler stormed "Sahl al-Rujum" area, near the junction leading to the Efrat settlement in the south, and assaulted Khaled Mohammed Yaqoub Subaih (63 years old) while he was working on his land with his wife and daughter.
Abdullah added that Israeli enemy forces detained Subaih's wife and daughter for a while, then took him to the vicinity of the Daniel settlement before releasing him, leaving him alone and suffering from his injuries until he was transferred to a hospital in Bethlehem.
It is worth noting that Israeli enemy forces have been preventing farmers in the town of al-Khader from accessing their lands since the beginning of the aggression on the Gaza Strip. They have been assaulting and arresting them, and their crops have been seized.
