Beirut – Saba:
Lebanese military expert Mikhail Awad affirmed Saturday that the situation in the Gaza Strip mirrors the Zionist enemy's past experience in southern Lebanon, stating that the resistance has consistently demonstrated its capacity to thwart the enemy's plans and its agents.
Speaking to the Palestinian Shehab News Agency, Awad drew parallels between the occupation in Gaza and that in Lebanon, asserting that the spirit of resistance in Gaza is identical to what prevailed in Lebanon. He stressed that the occupier offers nothing new beyond destruction, while facing a resilient people committed to victory or martyrdom.
Awad confidently stated that "Gaza is capable of eliminating the model of agents more quickly than what happened in Lebanon, believing that those who defeated the occupation at its peak can crush blood merchants, thieves, and bandits who do not represent Gaza's true character. This comes after Criminal Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu acknowledged supporting a group of collaborators led by Yasser Abu Shabab in the southern Gaza border area.
Awad recalled the blatant failure and defeat of Antoine Lahad's army, which served as the occupation's arm in southern Lebanon, highlighting the Lebanese resistance's successful handling of collaborators with "wisdom and competence."
He concluded by emphasizing that the Palestinian resistance in Gaza, with its legendary capabilities, is fully capable of dealing with any internal infiltration by traitors and mercenaries, as the conscious and resilient people of Gaza will not accept their presence.
