Hamoud al-Naqeeb, Chairman of the Social Affairs Committee in the Capital Sana'a Local Council, visited the Good al-Rahman Foundation for the Care and Rehabilitation of Orphaned Females on Saturday to check on the orphans' well-being during Eid al-Adha.
During the visit, al-Naqeeb presented Eid gifts and conveyed holiday greetings to the 50 resident orphans. He was briefed by the Foundation’s management on the institution’s efforts and current needs.
Al-Naqeeb praised the Foundation’s role in caring for and rehabilitating orphaned girls and affirmed the local leadership’s commitment to supporting orphans and including them in holiday celebrations.
He also emphasized the responsibility of various institutions to provide care and meet the needs of orphans as part of fostering social solidarity.
